Build in Ring Beam Court

Make your Court Portable

Available with the following Courts: Mundial, Challenger & Wilson

The rear modules measure exactly 9,908mm, while the side modules measure 7,975 mm. The tubes are 80x40x1.5mm.

The rear modules have three angles, since the 10m floor reinforcement tube is higher than the tube used to build the portable kit. The same happens in the modules that go on the sides, since they have two angles to get attached to the 80x80 tube of the side floor reinforcement and two steel strips to get attached to the pillars.

General Specifications of the Portable Kit

  • The portable kit is made up of two rear modules of 10cm and four side modules of 8cm.
  • The rear modules are connected to the 10cm floor reinforcements. The side modules are attached to the 4m floor reinforcements and to the pillars.
  • To add weight, steel plates 2m long and 1cm thick are added in order to anchor the court correctly and prevent it from shifting.

Net Post Plate

  • 2 metal sheets of 1500x1500x10mm are placed under each net pole. These two metal plates will support the tension of the net.

Handling the Portable Kit

  • To handle the sheets of the portable kit, we will need a forklift; given the weight of each of the sheets.

Construction Characteristics of the Portable Kit

  • The rear modules measure exactly 9,908mm, while the side modules measure 7,975mm. The tubes are 80 x 40 x 1.5mm.
  • The rear modules have three angles, since the 10m floor reinforcement tube is higher than the tube used to build the portable kit. The same happens in the modules that go on the sides, since they have two angles to get attached to the 80 x 80 tube of the side floor reinforcement, and two steel strips to get attached to the pillars.
  • The steel plates added to generate enough strength to keep the court from moving are distributed as follows:
    • - 3 steel plates in each of the rear modules.
    • - 2 steel plates in each of the side modules.
Therefore, the total number of steel plates amounts to 14, assuming approximately 1,000kg of additional weight.
